Lot Attendant

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to help maintain our dealership’s vehicle inventory, lot, and facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities
Provide customer shuttle services as required.
Perform snow removal and seasonal lot maintenance.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly positioned on the lot.
Keep the dealership lot organized, clean, and free of debris.
Perform exterior washes on service customer vehicles.
Complete full interior and exterior cleaning of sold vehicles prior to delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy service/shop area.
Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the dealership.
Assist with other general lot and dealership duties as required.
Operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications




Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Positive attitude and solid customer-service skills.
Previous dealership, detailing, lot attendant, or automotive experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
