Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line/Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in the kitchen will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
Help train new kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.

Experience




2 years of previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
Previous Boston Pizza experience is an asset.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Robust communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn current skills in the kitchen.
