Job Summary

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling team members
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Lead team management efforts to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment
Monitor customer service quality to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service and timely delivery of orders
Implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and profitability
Maintain inventory levels, oversee food ordering, and control costs effectively
Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting
Extensive restaurant management background with knowledge of food industry best practices
Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff members
Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Previous barista or bar management experience is advantageous but not required
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in rapid-paced environments
