Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Casual / On-Call Cleaner to join our team. This role offers adaptable scheduling and the chance to contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across various commercial settings. The Cleaner is responsible for delivering consistent, professional cleaning in client homes, offices and other assigned locations while following Expedite checklists, safety procedures and service standards. Training is provided. Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory for reliable candidates who can learn quickly and follow systems.

Responsibilities
Complete residential, commercial, move-in/move-out and other assigned cleaning tasks to company standards.
Follow the assigned cleaning checklist, job notes and supervisor/client instructions.

Protect client property and immediately report damage, maintenance concerns, hazards or missing supplies.
Maintain confidentiality of client information, keys, access codes and property details.
Keep company equipment, supplies and work areas clean, organized and ready for the next job.
Record work time accurately and communicate job completion, delays or concerns promptly.

Experience




Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment relevant to commercial environments.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
Reliable vehicle are assets; cleaners with a vehicle may be prioritized

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
