JOB SUMMARY
The Server plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional, hospitality-focused dining experience for our residents. This position supports all aspects of dining room service in alignment with legislative requirements, safety standards, and company service expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide warm, attentive, hospitality-style dining service, including table setting, serving meals, and clearing tables.
Assist the Chef with basic food preparation and presentation to ensure meals are appealing, timely, and resident-focused.
Perform dishwashing and kitchen utility tasks such as scraping, washing, stacking, and storing dishes and equipment.
Maintain a clean, protected, and sanitary dining environment in accordance with public health requirements and internal standards.
Promote and record à la carte and wine service sales using established procedures.




Support a positive dining room atmosphere by engaging courteously with residents and addressing their needs promptly.
Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth operation of the dining team.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Grade 10 education.
At least one year of experience in dining room or hospitality service (retirement or healthcare setting an asset).
Protected Food Handling and Smart Serve certifications preferred.
Solid customer service skills with excellent verbal and written English communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Reliable, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional resident experience.

Pay: $18.08 per hour
