Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by executing meal preparation swiftly and accurately




Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service

Experience
Prior food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
Robust understanding of the importance of serving quality food efficiently while maintaining safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively as part of a team
