We are seeking an organized and student-focused Admissions Consultant to guide prospective students through the admissions, enrolment, and financial-aid application processes.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to prospective students by phone, email, and in person
Explain programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and payment options
Follow up with leads and support students throughout the enrolment process
Collect, review, and organize admission documents
Assist students with completing and submitting OSAP applications and supporting documents
Maintain confidential and accurate student records
Track applications and meet enrolment and follow-up targets
Requirements
Experience in admissions, student services, sales, or customer service is preferred
Experience assisting with OSAP applications is preferred
Robust communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Qualified telephone and email manner
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and student-management systems
Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu is an asset
