The Company: Brace Tool is a North American Manufacturer of Wireline/Slickline, Pressure Control, Specialty, Flow Control/Completion tools with 2 locations in Alberta, 2 locations in Texas and one in the UAE.

Job Purpose: The Shop Laborer will ensure to perform various tasks to support the operations of the shop/manufacturing facility. The specific duties are as per below:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Stamping and marking products for identification
Sandblasting and phosphating.
Handle materials/tools – within the shop as required.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools.
Packaging and labeling finished products for shipments.
Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Delivering and picking up packages from nearby vendors.
Provide support to shipping/receiving and production processes and team.
Perform work safely and follow established work procedures and policies at all times.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Must be punctual and possess a solid work ethic.




Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
Valuable organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
Valid Driver's license and a clean driver's abstract a must.
Computer literate.

Company/Job Specific Training Required:
Steel toed boots.
Safety policy and procedures.
Knowledge about the business and its products.
Forklift certification.

Working Conditions:
Overtime as required.
Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
This position may be exposed to elements such as dust.
