Responsibilities
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform various construction tasks
Build, install, repair, and finish structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, and fixtures using carpentry, masonry, drywall, and flooring installation techniques
Handle interior framing, finishing carpentry, caulking, painting, and other finishing trades as needed




Maintain a clean and organized work workplace while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Skills
Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
Robust background in construction experience across multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical work, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting
Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
Capable of performing physical tasks requiring strength and stamina in various weather conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and techniques

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
