Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with management to develop current recipes and menu items
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workplace
Monitor food costs and work within budgetary guidelines
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook or Chef role in the food industry. Breakfast Cooking experience a strong asset for this position
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices




Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional creativity and ability to develop innovative menu items
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
