Duties
Create a secure, welcoming, and engaging environment for children through interactive activities and play
Supervise children during daily routines, including meals, naps, outdoor play, and educational activities
Support children's emotional well-being by offering comfort, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
Assist with developmental milestones by implementing age-appropriate learning activities and teaching basic skills
Collaborate with families to understand each child's needs, preferences, and routines for consistent care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caregiving space to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met




Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns to share with parents or guardians

Qualifications
Experience working with children in caregiving, classroom settings, or similar environments
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Strong caregiving skills that demonstrate patience, empathy, and active engagement
Previous classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively
Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
