As a Line Cook, you will play an integral role in preparing Pita-Nutso’s signature menu items while upholding our high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Pita-Nutso recipes, specifications, and quality standards
Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, including proper care of kitchen equipment
Assist with food preparation, restocking, and proper inventory rotation
Perform efficiently during peak service periods while maintaining accuracy and quality




Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience preparing shawarma is an asset; training will be provided
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, high-volume kitchen workplace
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 55 lbs
