The core of the brand is high quality house made pizza, pasta with lots of fresh ingredients, scratch cooking with a solid focus on flavors and culinary skill development. Liberty Kitchen also has an upscale feel and genuinely friendly service.

We are currently looking for a couple Full Time/Part time Line Cooks, with experience being a huge asset.

Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
