Duties
Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to children and youth in your home
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment that promotes well-being and stability
Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other professionals to ensure proper support and services are delivered
Monitor children’s progress, behavior, and health, reporting any concerns promptly to relevant authorities
Facilitate educational activities, recreational outings, and life skills development opportunities




Uphold all licensing requirements and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Experience
Prior supervising or caregiving experience is highly desirable; experience working with children or vulnerable populations is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, professionals, and community members
Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement
Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and safety standards
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of children and the responsibilities of the role
Experience working with youth with developmental disabilities

Pay: $1,500.00-$5,938.27 per month
