Hop Creek Farms is looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Associate to join our Farm Market team. This is a hands-on role in a busy farm setting where you’ll help customers, operate the POS, restock products, and keep the market clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Assist with product questions and recommendations
Operate the POS and process payments accurately
Restock and organize products and displays
Maintain a clean, welcoming market
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements
Must be 19+
Weekend and evening availability required
Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with customers
Able to work in a busy farm setting, both indoors and outdoors




Solid communication and organizational skills
Retail experience is an asset, but not required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
