Job Title: Bulk Transloader/ Shunter

Location: Tillsonburg, Ontario (On‑site)

Work Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $25.00/hr.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a safety-focused, industrial setting, solving operational challenges such as the productive and compliant transfer of chemical products and the safe movement of trailers and railcars, and operating within a regulated transloading and transportation setting. What you'll do
Bulk trans-loading to and from tankers and railcars.
Communicating maintenance of facilities and equipment to proper authorities
Steam railcars when required
Strip railcars and reinstall all fittings to seal properly prior to shipping
Shunting and staging of railcars
Loading and shipping of various products
Complete quality assurance paperwork as required
Maintain inventory of in office products
Matching BOL to physical shipment
Ensuring physical inventory is accurate,



performing random audits on inventory
Distribution of product, stage loads for shipment

What You’ll Bring
Must have recent forklift experience or heavy equipment experience.
Shunt driving experience
Not afraid to work at heights or previous work at heights
Individual must be dependable and work independently if needed
Explicit Criminal Background Check will be conducted
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to adapt to quickly changing conditions and requirements
Effective written and oral communication skills
Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
One (1) year counterbalance forklift experience required
