Charm Dental Brentwood is looking for a goal-driven yet experienced dental front desk staff to join our team.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
Shows caring and empathy towards patients.
Able to maintain professionalism when handling challenging situations.
Able to proactively help out team members when needed.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Korean
Proficiency in Tracker software is REQUIRED.
Proficiency in handling insurance claims, pre-authorizations and accounts receivables.
Be able to work on Weekends
