Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Construction General Labourer who can assist trades, perform snow clearing, support jobsite cleanup, operate basic equipment and handle pickup & trailer driving for runs. This role requires a proactive worker who can identify tasks that need to be done without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Assist various trades with general labour tasks on site
Clear snow from access points, walkways and site areas when required
General jobsite cleanup, organizing materials, removing debris
Drive a pickup with a trailer safely to pick up materials or perform site related tasks
Operate light equipment (e g skid steer, snow blower, basic machines) competently and safely




Communicate with site supervisors and coordinate tasks to support project flow
Identify site needs and take action independently when protected to do so
Performing other general labour tasks as reasonably required in support of company operations

Requirements
Valid Class 5 Driver Licence
Experience driving pickup with trailer and secure loads safely
Construction site experience preferred
Comfortable operating light equipment (skid steer, snow clearing machines)
Strong work ethic, initiative and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Ability to follow safety policies and use appropriate PPE
