We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time Casa Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging daily activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children
Foster a secure, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, needs, and achievements
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities
Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and stocked with educational materials and supplies
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Solid childcare skills with an understanding of child development stages
Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
Organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while fostering teamwork and collaboration
