Overview
In this role you will be the first point of contact from our Dealers looking to purchase replacement tractor parts.

Duties

Take calls by phone and email for tractor parts

Assist Dealers with parts orders

Determine availability, providing pricing, complete appropriate paperwork, coordinate shipping, and resolve any related questions or discrepancies

Process returns and other related functions

Utilize computer system for parts orders for order processing.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent

· Related post-secondary education and/or a background in agricultural equipment parts are definite assets





· Knowledge of EZ Parts system or other parts order program is preferred

· Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service capacity

· Ability to read blueprints and have a good understanding of tractor/vehicle parts

· Exceptional organizational, computer and communication skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast paced workplace is essential.
