Your responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing or selling a vehicle.
Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate deals and maintain customer engagement.
Present relevant offers and opportunities based on customer interests.
Accurately record all customer interactions and notes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain regular communication with customers.

Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
