Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time High-Volume Recruiter for a direct hire chance in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates quickly and efficiently.

The High-Volume Recruiter will manage multiple open roles at once, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to support urgent staffing needs. Key Responsibilities




Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through offers, reference checks, and onboarding support.
Recruit for multiple open positions at the same time in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct resume reviews, high-volume phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments based on job requirements.
Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize roles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Compensation and Advantages
Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
Job type: Direct hire, hybrid position.
