Job Overview:

Pay Range: $19.40hr - $24.40hr

Requirement/Must Have:
Electronics technologist diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the electronics manufacturing services field.
Must be able to read and interpret schematics, manufacturing drawings, specifications and standards.
Robust technical background including experience using electronic test equipment and fixtures, microscopes, mechanical gauges, soldering equipment.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Testing & trouble shooting products on different production line.
Reviewing failures and performing root cause analysis across the specific product line.
Setting up test positions/systems/instruments and performing tests.
Conducting circuit adjustments requiring analysis against published electrical standards.
Performing circuit analysis / functional diagnosis using schematic drawing to troubleshoot and to repair the product which fail to meet performance specifications.
Maintaining electronically- or processor-controlled machines and test rigs.




Assisting in testing of prototypes & pilot units required to qualify an engineering change build.
Processing Non-Conforming (NCM) parts and entering correct failure/defect code in ERP.
Problem solving for continuous process improvement.
Interfacing and driving solutions, with other departments within the organization.
Packing and/or assisting in completing FG units, systems or panels, when and where applicable.
Assisting in meeting and exceeding the relevant metrics (Output, RK, FPY targets).

Nice to Have:
IPC Repair and Rework Certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge of ERP (SAP).
