Job Title: Blue Yonder WMS Project Manager

Must Haves
8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in WMS implementations.
Robust experience with warehouse operations, distribution, inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
Experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP WM/EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar).
Proven track record of delivering complex WMS projects on time and within budget.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, multi-site environment.
Canada (any location; must overlap with US time zone)

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Position Summary
Lead warehouse management system (WMS) implementation and enhancement projects for PepsiCo Canada.
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, and go-live support.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CPG, retail,



or distribution industries.
Experience with multi-country or cross-border WMS deployments.
Familiarity with automation, robotics, or advanced warehouse technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead WMS project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with business and IT stakeholders.
Manage project schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies.
Coordinate with business operations, supply chain, IT, vendors, and third-party integrators.
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Manage risks, issues, changes, and escalations; maintain project status reporting.
Ensure alignment with PepsiCo Canada processes, compliance, and operational targets.
Overlap with US time zone for cross-regional coordination.

Required Qualifications Additional
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
