Requirement/Must Have:
Excellent experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects.
Robust knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes.
Proven experience in requirements planning prioritization and elicitation techniques.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio.
Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL.
Experience working with APIs Python and AI.
Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence or ServiceNow.
Robust understanding of system integration concepts including ETL processes and data pipelines.
Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.




Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets.
Hands-on experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts.
