We are seeking a Full Time Technical Lead (MERN) with strong expertise in Azure, Node.js, React, AKS, microservices, and up-to-date DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, development, and end-to-end technical delivery while working directly with customers and development teams Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications
Design solutions using Microsoft Azure, Node.js, React, and AKS
Implement Event-Driven Architecture and microservices solutions
Develop responsive frontend applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize application performance
Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
Implement unit testing using Jest




Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
Lead architecture discussions and technical strategy with customers and stakeholders
Manage end-to-end technical delivery, timelines, quality, and scalability
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to development teams

Required Skills
Strong Microsoft Azure and AKS experience
Robust Event-Driven Architecture knowledge
Advanced Node.js development experience
Solid React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
Experience with microservices architecture
SQL and NoSQL database experience
Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD experience
Jest unit testing experience
Solid architecture, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical leadership skills
