Sprague Foods in Belleville has an immediate opening for a full time Administrator. Requirements:

Background in Accounting (within the last 5 years) Highly competent using computer systems while multitasking Main responsibility for Accounts Payable Answering the telephone – active part of each day Data Entry on recent orders and communication with some customers on lead times, PO changes Crossover internal communication, working closely with Purchasing and Shipping/Receiving. Attention to detail, highly organized and aware of timelines, using time effectively. Willing to learn, enjoys working with others when problem solving recent challenges.
