Covenant Care is seeking a Health Care Aide to join its mission-driven team at Saint Thomas in Edmonton. This position is designed for compassionate individuals prepared to assist residents in a supportive, home-like setting. Responsibilities include providing personal care and promoting social engagement while maintaining resident independence and privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care with respect and dignity
• Assist residents in leisure and social activities
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information




• Promote teamwork within the interdisciplinary care team
• Support residents and families during end-of-life journeys
Requirements:
• Completed recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
• Enrollment in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• 6 months to 1 year experience in care settings
• Fluent in English; French is an asset
• Proof of vaccinations as per policy
