A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT‑OF‑HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

In this barista role you are the first person each customer sees. You greet them with a smile, provide exceptional customer service, quality bagels, and refreshing beverages while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. You manage high‑volume periods calmly, work efficiently with both locations, and help with washing, chopping, sanitizing, and cleaning as needed. You communicate with supervisors and managers so the food service team can respond accordingly. At the end of the day you feel good about the service you have provided.

WORK SCHEDULE

This customer service position works an eight‑hour day between the hours of 5:15 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Start and end times rotate weekly and may include early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
