Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Casual, ongoing shifts
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations for a company that supplies workwear and safety gear. This role involves loading and unloading product, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, palletizing items, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
Load and unload products safely and accurately
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Organize and maintain stock in a rapid-paced warehouse setting
Palletize products for storage or shipping as required
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general stock management




Perform light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:
Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience considered an asset
Able to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
CSA-approved safety boots required
