Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor (FOS) to direct front-line field maintenance activities. The FOS ensures Field Service Technicians complete tasks competently, thoroughly, and in alignment with our Quality Management System performance goals.

Duties & Accountabilities
Audit Field Level Risk Assessments, inspect vehicle conditions, and immediately escalate site hazards or safety issues to client and internal leadership.
Act as the main client point of contact for service check-sheets, follow-up maintenance scheduling, equipment recalls/upgrades, and non-conformity resolutions.
Oversee Field Service Technicians by managing bi-weekly scheduling, conducting procedural training, auditing tool maintenance, and supervising overall workmanship.
Track maintenance records, trace component serial numbers, and log compliance data across ERP and EDMS platforms.
Complete site visit reports, monitor maintenance trends, report monthly KPIs, address performance issues, and drive corrective action plans for audit findings.





Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Training
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Contract management training is considered an asset.

Experience
10 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
5 years of experience leading multi-site operations.

Technical & Program Proficiency
Robust knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

Skills & Competencies
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and structured follow-up.
Ability to drill down, understand root causes, and resolve complex issues.
High-impact communication skills.
Ability to embrace constructive criticism; basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
