Organization: Mercor Position: Digital Marketing Analyst Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $100–$150 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous Duration: Flexible Role Responsibilities: Extract campaign data from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Calculate KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates across channels Compare performance across time periods and against budget targets Create data visualizations and insights summaries in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Data Studio Audit tracking setups and conversion reporting accuracy using GA4 and Tag Assistant Build and manage UTM tracking templates for campaigns Reconcile advertising costs against invoiced amounts,
