Overview
Our business partner, a well-established interior design firm with a strong reputation in both commercial and residential projects, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take a leadership role within their team.

Location: Town of Mount Royal, QC | Hybrid (1 day remote)

Salary: CA$75,000 – CA$95,000 per year (depending on experience). Base pay range: CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee full design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and design direction.

Manage client relationships with confidence, from initial consultation to final presentation.

Develop and present cutting-edge design concepts, drawings, and 3D renderings.

Supervise material selection, specifications, and budgets.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.





7+ years of proven experience in interior design, with strong exposure to both commercial and residential projects.

Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).

Strong portfolio that demonstrates leadership in design and execution.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Experience in Quebec or Canada preferred; international experience will be considered for candidates currently residing in Quebec .

English required; French is an asset.
