E2E Tech / QA Lead Testing (Banking Domain)

Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite from day 1 (5 Days/Week)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced E2E Tech Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery for Business Banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business banking data, application integrations, solution design, QA/testing, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities





Act as the end-to-end technical owner for Business Banking initiatives.

Demonstrate robust understanding of Business Banking data and processes.

Lead solution design for real-time and batch integrations across applications and platforms.

Define and enforce technical architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.

Lead testing strategy, execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities.

Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture stakeholders.

Lead large, cross-functional delivery teams and drive successful technical outcomes.

Ensure technical solutions meet enterprise quality, scalability, security, and performance standards.
