Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:
Solid expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies involving IBM z/OS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM and CICS.
Experience troubleshooting production issues.
Ability to provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications.
Experience performing root cause analysis.

Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications in production settings.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Support critical business events, release deployments, and production changes.
Analyze application failures and identify corrective actions.




Coordinate with development teams for defect fixes and enhancements.
Validate fixes and support deployment activities.
Ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.

Qualification And Education:
