and CMHC within required timelines* Support Treasury activities, including securitization transactions, REPOs, and derivative-related processes* Manage and support end-to-end mortgage securitization processes, including system validation and reporting accuracy* Maintain responsibility for GST/HST accounting, filings, and ongoing compliance updates* Contribute to corporate tax reporting, including preparation of annual returns* Research accounting and regulatory changes (including IFRS updates) and support implementation* Strengthen internal controls and contribute to process documentation and improvements**What You Bring to the Table*** Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field* Completion or near completion of a professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)* Minimum of three years’ experience in a related accounting or reporting role* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills* Experience in financial reporting and accounting environments* Knowledge of corporate tax and regulatory reporting requirements is an asset* Ability to adapt quickly to systems and processes in a dynamic environment**Belonging Matters Here**
