Insomnia Cookies is recruiting for our new Ottawa location, seeking dedicated Cookie Crew members. This role offers a fun work setting where you will connect with customers and share the joy of our delicious cookies. Bring your ambition and communication skills to help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet entering guests and efficiently take their orders
• Assist customers with menu items and clarify their requests
• Ensure a friendly experience for customers both in-store and on calls
• Bake cookies and serve with ice cream on site
• Ensure speedy and correct packaging of delivery orders
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication and organization abilities
• Must be over 18 years old
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
