Light Duty Cleaner (NOC 65310)

Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd. is looking for new team members to perform janitorial roles and be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property.

Full-time Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week; Part-time hours: Commitment at least 16 hours per week.

Locations and Wages

- Regina – 5 full-time, 10 part-time and on‑call employees; $16.00 per hour
- Saskatoon – 5 full-time, 10 part-time and on‑call employees; $18.00 per hour
- Moose Jaw – 5 full-time, 5 part time and on‑call employees; $18.00 per hour
- Swift Current – 5 full-time, 10 part-time and on‑call employees; $18.00 per hour

Work locations may vary throughout the city; employees may need to travel frequently. Public transportation is generally available during the day and free parking is available.

Responsibilities

- Provide complete janitorial services by dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors and surfaces




- Keep facilities safe and healthy by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
- Collect and dispose of waste
- Thoroughly clean washrooms, shared areas, entrances, and stairwells
- Learn industry‑leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high‑quality results
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers’ unique needs

Job Requirements

- Keen eye for detail
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills
- Clean criminal record check is mandatory
- English is not required as long as you can follow simple instructions
- No experience or education is needed
- Must be available to work shift work, including night, weekend shifts
- Travel to different locations is often required
