Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment and onboarding within the ATS. • Assist in developing job descriptions and postings. • Respond to candidate inquiries throughout the hiring process. • Publish job openings accurately on various platforms. • Coordinate pre-employment checks with vendors.

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. • At least 3 years of HR coordination experience. • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Solid organizational and communication skills.
