Be a Case Manager with CMHA Muskoka – Parry Sound, dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities. This permanent position involves 14 hours per week in a supportive team setting.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing independence for adults with developmental disabilities. This part time position requires an individual with strong case management experience and a commitment to upholding the rights of individuals. Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with the community are desirable traits for this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide social support and case management services • Ensure a focus on client independence • Collaborate effectively with team members • Engage in community relation activities • Handle documentation and reporting tasks
Requirements: • Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent • Proven experience working with developmental disabilities • Solid organizational skills and communication abilities • Valid Ontario driver’s license and transportation • Willingness to work flexible schedule
