Your Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise, motivate, and develop the maintenance team.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work according to operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, work procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and implement the necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the production, engineering, automation, and continuous improvement teams.
- Participate in managing schedules, hours worked, subcontractors, and parts inventories.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices and processes.

Skills and qualifications :

- Experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
