In this full time position, the Lead Construction Supervisor reports to the Site Superintendent and plays a key role in the construction process. You will oversee on-site activities, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with Avana's quality standards and safety protocols. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding teams and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Site Superintendent with carpentry and labor tasks
• Conduct safety orientations and evaluations across the site
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and budgets




• Facilitate daily activities and quality checks for all trades
• Delegate tasks and maintain site cleanliness and efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in construction, ideally in leadership
• Strong independent and collaborative work skills
• Proficient in occupational health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of Buildertrend is an asset
• Must pass a criminal record check upon hire
