ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success. The entry‑level role offers flexibility, opportunities for growth, and a chance to develop retail sales and cashier skills.

COMPENSATION RATE

Rate: $20.00

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the perfect choice.
- Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
- Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. Lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet most of the shift.
- Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments,



and ensure customers leave with a great final impression.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
