Key Responsibilities:



• Support young people to reach goals in Individual Case Plans • Promote independence and strengthen community connections • Encourage interests and facilitate positive experiences • Manage behavioral escalations and assist emotional regulation • Support daily living skills such as cooking and laundry

Requirements: • Certificate IV in Youth Work or related qualification • Experience with trauma-affected young people • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism • First Aid and CPR certification • Familiarity with behavioral management approaches
