FedEx is hiring a Flex Driver in London, Ontario. This part-time, casual position involves the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Versatile shift opportunities are available - minimum and maximum hours and days of work will be determined based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Deliver packages to customers on specific routes in a timely manner
- Review orders prior to departure for accuracy
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Complete all mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
- Work varying shifts based on business needs

Requirements

- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence
- Driving record with two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months
- Ability to lift 70 lbs




- One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
- Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment
- Must complete all basic and recurrency training
- Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset

Wage: $21.09/hour

This is an interview position. Candidates must have no more than two violations or accidents in the 24 months prior to application date.

High school diploma or educational equivalent; valid full G licence or Class 5 driver's licence; driving record with two or fewer violations in the past 24 months; ability to lift 70 lbs; one year of customer-oriented experience preferred.
