Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Collect and update patient information in the computer system
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
-Veterinary office experience is an asset
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred




Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced setting
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
Skills: Laboratory: Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment used in a veterinary clinic setting. This may include sample collection, handling, and processing.
