We are looking for a dedicated Building Operator to support our Facility Management & Operations team, reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the protected and effective operation of building systems, performing regular inspections, and responding to service requests. Your proactive maintenance approach will ensure that all facility needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections for safety and compliance
• Monitor and maintain building environmental systems




• Respond to and resolve service requests efficiently
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Manage records using the CMMS for accuracy

Requirements:
• Proficiency in HVACR, electrical, and general maintenance
• Robust detail orientation and communication skills
• Experience with service request management
• Ability to support team objectives collaboratively
• Forward-thinking approach to facility management
