Build-A-Bear is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead at Vaughan Mills to model customer-first service and guide a team on designated shifts as Floor Leader on Duty. When not on duty, you will function as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.
Minimum high school diploma required with 15-25 hours weekly availability. An associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
