Be a key player in maintaining quality housing as a Maintenance Technician at Pacifica Housing. This full time role is designed for professionals experienced in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work within a community-focused organization.
You will deliver essential maintenance services, working independently to complete work orders ranging from minor repairs to thorough clean-ups after unit turnovers. As part of a cooperative team, your skills will help maintain the integrity and safety of our housing facilities. Your role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide affordable and safe housing.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute repairs following maintenance work orders • Install doors, blinds,
and other residential fixtures • Post compliance notices per legal requirements • Repair and clean units upon tenant turnover • Maintain communication with management on project status
Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required • Proven experience in building maintenance roles • Knowledgeable in hand and electrical tool use • Preferred experience of 2 years in non-profit housing • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
