In this role, you will report to the Facilities Manager and tackle a variety of maintenance responsibilities. Key tasks include completing minor repairs, operating equipment, and assisting with procurement activities. You will also maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair building systems and grounds • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and repairs • Assist with the coordination of trades and contractors • Purchase and organize maintenance supplies • Document maintenance activities accurately

Requirements: • 2-3 years in maintenance or related fields • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems • Class 5 BC driver's license or equivalent • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Strong organizational and communication skills
